Where is SmartGrowth?

The western Bay of Plenty sub-region means all the land within the administrative areas of the Tauranga City Council and Western Bay of Plenty District Council. It includes that part of the administrative area of Environment Bay of Plenty as it relates to the two authorities and the coastal marine area. The area may also be referred to as the western Bay of Plenty, the western Bay, or simply the sub-region.
